Meet Taryn, the founder and senior executive virtual assistant behind Crawford Virtual Resources. With over 17 years of experience in the administrative world, Taryn has worked as an executive assistant directly for CEOs and senior management, primarily in the recruitment and talent sector.

After giving birth to twin boys in 2016 and returning to work after 12 weeks, Taryn realized the importance of being home with her babies and ultimately made the decision to relocate with her husband and three sons from New York City to Georgia. Though uncertain if she would return to a corporate environment, Taryn knew that having a career and helping others was her passion.

In 2020, faced with the global pandemic, Taryn found an opportunity to freelance as a virtual assistant and committed herself to building her own business for one year. She quickly realized that many entrepreneurs could benefit from hiring a virtual assistant to perform detail-driven duties while allowing them to focus on scaling their business. This realization led to the creation of Crawford Virtual Resources.
